This is freaking awesome, I never knew how people got those achievements. Well could you just make the .gpd's for us and then post them so we can just add them to our profile, cause I don't even want to mess with HxD cause I feel like I would screw something up.

I cant get this i see the picture in my game library but it still comes up as the other game how can i get it to say black ops and have the achievements or is it just meant to show the pic im confused can someone help or teamview or anything??

If the achievements havn't been made yet for the game and put onto the microsoft database you cannot get them. Just wait and try again closer to when the game is going to be released.
