I'm sorry, but this is very bad advice. Doing this causes more damage to the console. Does it work at times? Sure. Forcing it to overheat like this warps the board and often times temporarily allows the cracked solder connections under the GPU to touch.

This is by no means a reflow. To reflow lead-free solder, it has to get up to around 230C. A reflow station is required to do this. Wrapping the 360 in a towel gets it up to 100C tops before the system cuts power to prevent a fire.

I find that consoles which have been subjected to "youtube fixes" are often way harder to fix. I've had a lot of toweled/overheated 360s which needed replacement GPUs (reball).

OP, please get the secondary error code when you get the 3rrod and/or 2rrod.
