Hey thought i would make this just to show people how/what is needed to take apart a controller.

[size=25:5505c13704]Equipment needed:

Cellotape/Masking tape
Torx 8 screwdriver - it needs to be thin but also long otherwise it wont reach the screws

[size=25:5505c13704]Step 1:
Un-screw the screws which have been circled using your screwdriver

The orange circle will be found under a sticker just use a knife or a flat head screwdriver to peel this sticker off

[size=25:5505c13704]Step 2:
Get your cellotape and stick it on your buttons as shown in the picture below. When doing this apply some force so that the buttons stick to the cellotape.

[size=25:5505c13704]Step 3:
Push both thumbs on the joysticks whilst putting your fingers inbetween the crease of the controller (the gap where the front and back meet down the sides)

You should end up with the top shell off something like below. Yours shouldnt have the wires like mine does because mines modded

Now take the thumb sticks off, the top plastic covering (where sync button is) and the bottom (where mic slot is)

[size=25:5505c13704]Step 5:
I would advise taking both the rumble packs off this can be done my simply pulling them out like you would a plug. This way they dont get in the way .

[size=25:5505c13704]Step 6:
To remove the circuit board (the big green thing) push the left and right trigger in at the same time and slowly pull the circuit board out MAKE SURE YOU DONT DAMAGE THE SILVER PRONGS THAT ATTACH TO THE BATTERY SO GO SLOWLY!

I hope this helped if so +Rep maybe

Sorry if this is in wrong section.
