Im looking at building a computer i was wondering how much would it be to build one with these specs.

Processer: Quad Core
Graphic Card: ATI Radeon HD 5670 1GB Graphics Card
RAM: 6GB
Ghz: 3.0
Hardrive: 500GB
O.S: Windows 7

Depending on the version of 7 my estimate will be $500-1500. Also depending on where you get it.

That's not really a lot of info.

Some quad cores are 300$ and some are 200$..

But if you're going for a average setup, i would say around 450 - 700 ( depending on what you want ).
