Alright youre not banned...they locked your account meaning youre probably under investigation by their enforcement team for something because someone or people filed complaints on you. By the way you can still view your stuff on xbox's site but call them up and ask them why they locked it..maybe you did something stupid on live like most people

if u are banned 4 life go onto ur account the computer and tell all ur freinds to report ur bio or sometin and ittle go through xbox and u will be banned for a week
