my friend had that exact same problem then he moved the adapter and now his headsets are perfect, just do it trust me

yea i got the same ones... i remember i heard a hissing sound only when i charge my controller while using them...try a diffrent usb

Uhm i moved the transmittor away from ther xbox and its still kinda distorted....

The ump spounds like a pellet gun...

I just got my turtle beaches and they are working rather fine besides the low sounds sometimes....

Im also hearing popping sounds constantly from the headset....
someone help?
