I am trying to restore my ipod to 4.2.1 (im on 4.3.1) I have the firmware and everything but when I try to restore it an error message comes up "error 3194" and I went to itunes to resolve the issue and it told me to uninstall my security program because it may conflict with the itunes servers I did that and still no difference so I need help on how to restore my ipod...
