Okay so, We know all the ways up until the Rod part... But we're not sure how to get it, I have an idea..
There are 4 little things that look like what would be a ground light, there are 2 outside of the lighthouse (By the bridge) And ones a little bit away from that, at the end of the "Ice Slide".
My theory is that you have all 4 people press these at the same time and see what happens, When you press on idividually it makes what sounds like a guitar noise. So try that out and tell me if it works, If it does all credit goes to me!

When everyone presses it at once nothing happens but since everyone sounds a bit deeper in tone then the others I think there is a specific sequence they should be pressed in.

I think the foghorns correspond with the sounds the dials make in the lighthouse..

try to figure out a path that relates to the easter egg steps or try to figure out which tone relates to which number on the knob since those have tones also then try the different combos with the tones
