What's the chance of being banned with flameing recon? I have someone who will mod it for a 1 month card. I'm not sure about doing it. I want to see what I could get for a 48 hour code. Also could I get banned if I show it ONLY to my friend if they don't tell bungie?

Don't do it. It's a scam. You can only get flaming recon for working for Bungie. You can mod a video to look like you have flaming recon but it's not worth a 1 month and chances are he can't even mod, he's just scamming you.
