Only way is get a new account because if you reset all your stats you reset ur level aswell!

Id think the only way is to call IW or MS, you cant do it without a mod or hack i dont think.

The only way to get your account reset is by phoning Infinity Ward and telling them your reasons.

But you may possibly be banned for a few days, so its at your own risk.

erm i suggest you ring up microsoft/IW say that your account got hacked and when you got it back it was 10th and you would like it reset... or if worst comes to worse message a admin via XBL?
