Umm offline you will not get banned, but make sure to insert a clean .GPD into the profile you used. Or just use an offline account.

oops spell check. offline only but I would still take caution even with an non XBL account. Always replace with a clean GPD.

No offense but is your brother stupid lol the worst that could happen is taht your profile will corrupt but not that bad if its an offline profile
