This is all done through a USB drive. You open the program and there's a menu you need to fill out with what you want.
It includes:
Tenth prestige
All titles/emblems
Aimbot
Wallhack
Slow-mo
Superspeed
Others
You copy the information from the program onto the USB drive (just click transfer in program) then plug the USB drive into the 360 and it will work online.
