How To Mod GTA IV Rank *Online* with a .GPD!
*Note* This may corrupt your profile in order to ensure it sticks play a freeplay game and then delete and recover your profile and there you go! Also you may have to try it a few Times. (Took me Twice)
Requirements
Xbox 360(Duhhh)
GTA IV
USB or HDD
Modio or Horizon
and the modded .GPD Modded GPD
TuT
1. Extract Profile and Gpd to desktop
2. Open Horizon or Modio and drag profile into Horizon or Modio
3. Inject .GPD into your profile
4. Save, Rehash, and Resign
5. Go on GTA IV and have fun
Its a 5,000,000 score GPD meaning instant lvl 10

This is my portion of the post the above part is from 7S.
I haven't actually used this yet so idk if it works but here is what I found at 7S there GTA forum is bit more lively with useful info just saying not advertising

The rank doesn't stick though...It only stays until you get off the game.

Yeah but you get the clothes and thats what the point of the GTA ranks are you get the rank 10 clothes forever when you use this. Atleast that is what was said

Thanks bro! If the way I did it if you guys are having trouble, Do everything he said to do but when you plug the usb back into the xbox dont sign in or move it to the xbox. Go onto GTA NOT signed in and once the game is loaded sign in and go to player model and it should say level 10

Do everything that he said to do. When you plug the usb back into the xbox don't do anything. Load up GTA NOT signed in and once the game is fully loaded sign in. When your signed in go to player model and it should say level 10 and all of the clothes should be unlocked.
