How are people getting partnership with around 100 SUbs. and only 300 Channel views with two videos?

Maybe they work for Youtube?

Machinima can give people connections and pull different strings.

Maybe people with partnership make second channels and get them partnershipped in advance!

if you have an account with that has an account that does have a partnership all you have to do is type in the username and password and you are pretty much garunteed to get a partnership
