So anyways, on with my experience!
Earlier I was playing TDM (regular) and while in the lobby waiting to start, my friend invited me to a party, I told him I had to go to game chat, but I kept the window up cause he had to tell me something, so during the loading screen, the bar was about 3/4's full, when I hit "stay in party chat" since I was going to get invited by him, HOWEVER! The game ended at the loading screen, put everyone back in the lobby, still nothing booting me or telling me to change channels, instead, it started the next game, let me stay in party chat while playing (playing as in, I could run, jump, shoot, and kill noobs all day long)
Anyone who thinks this may be nice, cause I personally liked talking to non annoying kids, try it out, tell me if it works. I WAS NOT THE HOST!!

I *think* you go in a party with someone who usually gets host, if he is join a party, and when the game is loading click 'Stay in Party Chat'at the same time he goes to Dashboard or Joins someone else. I have not tested this but lots of my friends say it works.

its stupid that they made it so you had to go into game chat
now we have to listen to 8 year old scream down the mic and think there great coz they finished with 3 kills haha

What, if i understand this correctly you want to be in a party and playing too...
I used to do this all the time when i was roit boosting with double xp glitch rooms.
if i remember correctly, when you are in the party and the game says game chat or stay in party, just hit game chat you will be throwing into game chat but you will remain in the party with the MUTE symbol beside your name. YOU then open up the party window after the game has started.. there should be somthing game chat / party chat,.. switch it back to party chat and you can still play that game and talk in your party.. Thank you no more annoying kids for you.
PS. you have to do it everytime you start the game, takes 5 real seconds.
its been awhile seen ive even played mw2 or boosted so it might be a little rusty since im going off a stoners memory..
