A few months ago Activision donated $1 million to charity, and now they're giving away a shed load of MW2 copies to servicemen and veterans to promote the non-profit charity CODE.

So at least theres a reason for the Stimulus Package costing 1200 points.

People give Activision a lot of flak for being greedy, but at least they consistently support charities.

Hope this made your view of the map cost more understandable!
