It should be locked to any user to post in unless first verified by a staff member.
The only reason it is probably in there is just so it matches with the MW2 section xD

Well people about 80% of ttg members come here to learn or to help out the community

Black Ops 15th keeps people from posting the spam elsewhere, if we took down the board then it would be all asdfgdslofjds fsd and stuff like that.
