I wanna take out my DVD Drive but when i do either Xell or something else brings up a Screen with coding i couldnt even read. Please help me Lol

when installing fb you have to patch it so it doesn't need the dvd drive theres a little check box in coolshrimps tool and efb

also to still get into xell, well should be using dashlaunch regardless...you can assign a button press to load it. The only downside it if you get a bad flash you will not be able to boot and you will have 2 plug it back in.

Get cool shrimps jtag tool hit the scisors on the left hand side click on drivers/options change dvd drive from yes to no then create an image... flash it to your console via lpt, usb spi, or a usb stick.
