Ok so on my birthday, april 9th, my mum ordered the turtle beach x11 headset.It arrived today, opened it all up, i saw set up videos on youtube before, so i knew what i was doing.
Then... i saw on the instructions where to plug the talkback cable thing that plugs into the amplifier and the controller. It wasnt there:(
So i emailed support @ turtlebeach.com and explained that it was missing/wasnt there.
So what im asking is, would they send me a cable for free or would i have to pay. Its not a replacement and its their fault that it isnt in the packaging.Can i get some advice?

well were ever you orded it from u need to phome them or email them the problem u have :

But i saw the flyers that Turtle beach send with their product, saying to email them and not to go to the company that sold it to you,
It isnt Play.com's fault because the product is already wrapped, its quite annoying
