Where you have contributer axe under relics, its recon pick axe.

And the 2nd elevator on the left is out of commision

You place blocks in the Workshop area.

so, for instance. You can just build a chair in the Workshop area, leave the Workshop area, and look in your Block Inventory, and where there is those blue background blocks, the block chair you just made should be one of them.

*Note* You must select the Blue Background block, in the Block Inventory. Then you start building your chair, them leave the area.
