If you have a lot of stuff on your computer that you don't need then just wipe everything of it? 8)

Delete a bunch of shit... no im kidding... ive had this problem B4 its a virus i have no idea why people make this kind of virus's and it annoys me.. but just delete your top 20 most recent DL's

file filling virus is one option
scan your computer daily for viruses and trojan's
or
get a hard drive ( any size )
and fill the things you need like massive programs (photoshop , C4D and other stuff )
on there and all the things you need
then wipe your PC then you get a load of space then plug in your hard drive and transfer everything back
