Ok so i know there was a way to were you can hot swap without opening it.
TUT:
1.Put in any regular game press the "Y" and eject button at the same time
2.Take out disc put in the game you want to mod: COD 5 WaW When Play Game/Install comes up you eject quickly
3.Put in the modded game disc and close.
4.Then keep tappin "A" on play game or install.
Does this still work?? Can anyone please confirm??
If not can someone so me a TUT for opening the new xbox slim and for hot swapping it.

the old way of hotswapping is patched you now need a transfer cable and you have to have a spare hdd and you need to hotswap
