I don't really know much about jtags so don't hate me if this sounds really stupid. Also this has more to do with XeX menu but I wasn't sure where to post...
Well I was thinking...Couldn't we make a replica of XeX menu or something similar that with XNA game studio that allows you to transfer/replace files on your hard-drive/usb and unpack the game to our xbox with the XNA program?

Do you mean like make and ISO of a game and replace some files and then burn it to a disk? Like waw...

This is good idea I am not sure how it would work. I dont think that you would be able to transfer/replace files using an nxa game but its worth a try.
