You can't get the account back. The only way Microsoft can get your account back is if you're trying to retrieve an account that was created on your xbox. In order for Microsoft to even let you get directed, you'd need to know the Serial Number of the xbox that account was created on.

you gotta ring mircosoft and tell them you acount got hacked and tell them your old email and pass and you get it back within 2 weeks
