I Tried To Flash New Rebooter On Jtag And Got Christmas Lights Can SomeOne Plz Help Me Either With How I Fix It Or Wat I Should Do

You need to reflash manually. If you dont know how, I have a shop that does it for $20 plus shipping

Manually? Will xell not boot with Christmas lights?

if xell wont boot you will need someone to hook up a nand reader and reflash

Wrong, Xmas lights is an easy fix. Get your NAND(Flashdmp if you have one) and change it to Updflash.bin and flash it via Xell.

get your flashdmp.bin rename it to updflash.bin and put it in the BACK of you xbox and then open the dvd drive, it will now flash your nand and you just have to wait for it to finish. when its done take all wires out for 10secs and put back in and it will work fine.
