hi guys, im a senior in highschool and working on getting into UT Austin.
Now my degree plan is to get a bachlors/master in scenice for computer engeringing
so my question for TTG members today is should i go with this degree or should i go with electical enegering in stead?
i was talking to my dad today and he was telling me that the computer engeringing job feild is very full and alot of people are with out jobs and that i would have to be the top 5 in my school to even have a shot at a well payin job straight out of college. Now im not sure how much of that is stated fact or just my dads opioin....so my dad thinks i should look into the electical engering degree(same classes all around just differnet fourth year clases)
So whats your opinon on this? which degree should i go for and why?
those that leave a opioin haveing to do with the subject will get +rep and a smiles
