My apps from installous are removed everytime I sync to iTunes. And I even have Appsync 4.0+. Any help? Is there a certain way to activate Appsync?

GO to installous, settings, and turn off itunes sync.

I'll try that when I get home, but, would that still work with the apps I've already downloaded off of Installous?
