Most of the time it ranges between 70-75. Most recently it hit 83ish playing assassins creed origins on max settings with a 1070. I've heard these are normal but would like an AIO for lower temps.

You definitely need a better CPU fan, especially if you're OCing (which I dont think you are, but 7700K is usually a pretty common cpu to OC)
