happens to me alot, turn your router on and off dude, wait 5 - 10 minutes and it will reset ur i.p and then plug itall back up/ turn it on and it sould work fine.

You could try adding some more effects. It looks as if you took a background image, stuck on a couple pics of people and splatted some text on there with blending options in photoshop.
