Question:How do you get the glowing line around the text in photoshop.
answer:Ok first you will create your text, then create a seperate layer.
Then you will go to the brush tool.
Pick a size 5 brush for any text below 50.
Pick a size 9 brush for any text above 50.
Then you make sure your in paths on a regular pen tool.

Question:How do you get your colors to change in an animation.
Ok once you are done typing your text open animation.
Then click on your layers pallete the text.
Go to color overlay or stroke.
Check the box of which one you would like to do.
Then once you do that click on the text of color overlay or stroke.
Each time you want to make it change in animation create a new layer in there.
The go and change it.
Change it until you are satisfied.
Hint, hint:It looks best if you time them with a .2 seconds in between.
