i have been trying to update my ipod but it wont let me on itunes.ive downloaded the new itunes and it says i have to be connected to internet ot something like that after it downloads and it wont let me update my ipod. will someone please help.

Can you give more specific details...? Also, update your time and date settings in your control panel, that can sometimes mess things up.
