when i press restart springboard it just spins in circles forever, when i shut it off and tried it again it did the same thing. Is there a way to fix this?

Well if your springboard is not well respringing you can try to rejailbreak or well idk i've never had this problem or you can if you have downloaded something recently off of cydia delete it that may be causing the problem
