Don't offer people money/msp for something like this, It just takes a little practice in private matches with your friends. Then when your confident enough to try it in public matches, you'l find yourself using a sniper all the time!

If you want someone to help you in private matches, add CRAZY x SKiiLLZ if you really need that much help (wont have headset I'l speak in the shout box)

Most useful tip I can give you that worked for me is: gradually higher your sensitivity (once maybe twice every time) so your comfortable with it & when your playing quickscopes in private matches, try dragging your scope across the enemies body when taking your shot (it tends to make it more accurate). After that, you can start making your kills look good.
