I made a post on this earlier.. He is just a figure created to make people happy.. like Santa or the Tooth Fairy... (Not saying they aren't real if you believe in them). God I believe was made up because people were afraid of death, that once they die there is nothing left... So the image of God and the "After Life" was made, which then made people less afraid to die because of this "After Life" so basically your all gunna die eventually and realise you were lied to.. even though your dead so you won't know it.

And how come when i prayed that the fires up in Slave Lake, Alberta would stop they continued for hours?

Yeah, not to burst any religious peoples bubbles but I absolutely do not believe there is a God or a Jesus or any other Gods for other beliefs, I have never seen proof of any of them hence I am atheist and will always be cause I am pretty sure none of them are real.
