Did they fix preloaded accts? cause i have one and everytime i try to download something i get an 80153410 error, Is that normal and is there anyway by it?

Thing is i can only download music videos and this is the second acct that i got from the guy i bought from, Both have the same error when i try to download the new black ops dlc
