So I was playing call of the dead before and I noticed flares across the map scattered around, at first I thought it was to light up dark areas but if you press and hold X (on Xbox) a guy starts talking, I haven't tried it yet but maybe if you activate all the flares then something happens?

Actually it's not a guy, it's everyone from the cod5 zombies, you can here them talking and killing zombies.
