When you +rep someone does it take a long time for the rep thing to come up? Also how do I -rep? Is it the report post?

To minus rep you goto the same thing as rep but click the read text..

rep goes through straight away

Thanks, but when I click add to someones rep it takes like 3 minutes for the thing to come up? It goes back and forth and I don't wanna wait that long.

See that flag the the right corner of the post? That is the reputation giver. What you can do is Agree and Disagree. Agreeing adds rep and disagreeing subtracts it.
