Obviously not... that's why there are US and UK codes. If the US code worked in the UK, then they would have one universal MS point codes.

No because the us codes digits go 56565 and the uk codes digits go 55555

no you have to make a us account on xbox.com/us and then redeem on that, then DL your stuff and if it add ons and stuff just dont play them on your us account and run them on that
