There is and was never any evidence found making it a goverment conspiracy. Abraham Zapruder who filmed the famous footage was standing on a piller next to the "grassy knoll", I think that if there was a "shot" that came from there, he would have turned his camera in that direction but didn't.

And people say "goverment". That's a pretty vague term, who in goverment? There's no reason for the goverment to kill him. Once again no evidance was found for this issue.
