If you are about to do a system link and think the person is going to steal your account follow these steps...
1. change your windows live id on live.com
2. make sure you have an alternate e-mail
3. update the windows live id on XBL
4. send the person that info so when he recovers it he cant change the e-mail.
5. wait a little bit and then try to recover your account.
6. if it doesn't work go on live.com and type your e-mail in and click forgot password.
7. click think someone else is using my windows live id and follow the instructions to reset your password.
8. reset and recover
