Ok here is the thing dont make a paypal account on paypal.com do it on paypal.co.uk the reason is that when you make an account on paypal.com you cant send the money as a gift and when you make it at [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] you can send the money as a gift. if you for example want to send the money as a gift for lets say 10th prestige and you can do it at co.uk but not at .com. thats seriusly stupid
