look i have paypal and buy alot on ebay, amazon, ect. and you can get a walmart money card. thats what i use. its the simplest way to go. u can put money on it, register it on paypal. you can buy using paypal with the money u have on the card. if you need to see how much money u got u can go on walmartmoneycard.com and type the card # and it will tell you how much money u got. if someone sends you money on your paypal, u cant get the money out u will go to paypal.com and u will see a balance of what ever people send you. to get it out u can get a paypal debit card. it will take like i think 2 to 4 weeks to get to your house. you can just get the money off the card with an atm machine

You can not use Paypal if you do not have one. If you did have one and that card was connected to it, you could pay using your paypal ballence or your credit card. If you got money back, it would not go the the card. It would go to your Paypal balence.

No, Get a prepaid debit card, sorta the same thing..
It verifys your paypal, and have like a 2k spending and recieving limit. Way better!
