E74 - This error is caused by a cold solder joint under the GPU, (H)ANA-chip or in between. Mostly it is one of the outer solder balls on the side facing the (H)ANA chip so a shim increases the chanced of success quite a bit. Can also be a component that is missing or damaged so look for missing parts near the GPU and the (H)ANA chip.
1022 - There is high chance it's a scaler chip problem (the "ANA" or "HANA" chip near the AV cable connection) it can also be caused by a faulty AV cable so check that first. In some cases it is a problem with the GPU and may be repairable by doing the x-clamp replacement (see error 0102)

Ok, so it looks like you need to reflow the (H)ANA chip. Here's a picture of the (H)ANA chip so you know what chip needs to be reflowed.

Unless right before error it began to freeze, then when reflowing you'll have to pay attention more to the GPU & (H)ANA chip.

This great person right here gave you the correct information! It needs a reflow/reball. Personally, I ALWAYS start with the GPU due to the fact it is the largest BGA chip on the board and therefore has the highest probability of being the problematic chipset. However, it definitely is one of those two, but very very easily fixable.

It's usually on HANA and not ANA but I have seen some ANA have cold solder joints on the pins as they're not BGA's like HANA's..

I always do GPU only and this fixes most of all problems..
