Help Making a team

as i lost 290k on packs and didnt get any good players i now only have 550k therefore im not sure at a team i can make well a good one with this amount of money
So what i am asking is, is anybody able to make a team for me all with all the details etc on here ? ... with a budget of 550k the team i wont can be in any league however i wont the players that are bought to all be from the same league if that makes sense i want the ratings to be a 5* team and ratings for attk def and midfield at being 84 or above the person who is able to do this will get the remainder of my money ~)

i know someone who made a full serie A team for about 35k ano they wernt that good but he got ceaser, silva, pato, ronaldiniho lol

lol yeah not the best players :L
