I just bought the game and i just wanna customize cars, Haha
I would do it myself but you need Diamond on Horizon to use the mod tool and i have no money on my paypal, If you do this for me ill +Rep you a few times, Also ill thank any topic you want. (About 5-10)

Or if anyone knows of a alternative way of doing it that would be nice to know thanks.
If you will just say so and ill contact you with my save profile.

All you can do on Horizon is XP, credits and level,
