Hey, today I'm going to be giving you some tips on playing Centre Back for a Football team...

Tip No.1 ; When heading the football, always keep your eyes open and on the ball. If you don't you could cause yourself some injury. Use your forehead as well, younger players usualy have a fear of the ball, you need to overcome this.

Tip No.2 ; Use your weight against other players, don't let them boss your around, remember, its your ball and no one else can have a shot.

Tip No.3 ; Stand on the strikers feet at a throw in, with just the end of your boot so the referee dosen't notice, when the strikers realised you're not friendly with him, he'll never come near you with the ball, he will avoid you at all costs.

Tip No.4, The Most Important Tip ; You need to get in the way of the ball of the opposition team, even if you take it of the nuts, lol. If you've seen most defenders noses, there squinty, thats because they've been hit in the face getting in the way.
