You can't post here as this won't help you achieve anything and staff wont have any notice of this.
Also you haven't shown proof which makes me wonder who's the truthful one on this story ;)

Well first off do you have proof that he scammed you?
Maybe your PayPal? With the money order on it?

If not, Your not getting anywhere with this.

That's why you should only buy off Trusted Sellers.
Don't call anyone out unless you have the proof.
