I just went searching the internet and gathered up some theories:

1) shooting the locks/chain on the door with the barricade near first room.

2)Shooting all four flashlights on the map simaltenously, ive seen many people saying that worked. I have not tried it.

3)Get on a lunar lander before the few black and white seconds
im not sure if they have been disproven or not.

so can someone try these out as i do not have access to an xbox for the rest of this week.

just a suggestion i thought of, maybe you do have to repair something because in the beginning the guy said.
"the mechanism must be repaired"
so i dont know if you use pieces from the blown up rocket or if you have to actually fix that generator with the repair sign i dunno, but i just thought of this so i dont know, can someone get some ideas and continue from my theory

Maybe they saved the rest of the easter egg for the next zombies map??
