This is so you can both instantly level up to level 30 (if you want) AND KEEP YOUR DLC FOR SPECIAL EDITION!
Step by step guide. NOTE: If you do NOT have any DLC you DO NOT need to have a memory stick simply skip step 5
More glitches to come=] PS: I didnt find this glitch, but a direct friend of mine discovered the bypass. & you get 650 XP per press of A, I was at level 12 and had 11,000XP and wanted to get to level 28 so I had to presss the A button 32 times to get roughly 35,000XP and be right about to be promoted to 29

Step 1: Go to Vault 11 just south west of camp 188.
Step 2: Go through with vault 11 sacrificial chamber located in Overseers office.
Step 3: Go down through tunnel, watch the pleasant video provided and kill the 4 Mr. Gutsy Robots and Sentry Bot.
Step 4: Go into computer room and save your game!
Step 5: Go to Dashboard and go to Memory, go to your hardrive and move your DLC to the USB or Memory stick.
Step 6: Delete all DLC for Fallout New Vegas
Step 7: Clear your cache
Step 8: Load Game *Note it will say some downloads items etc etc will be missing* press okay then proceed
Step 9: Press the 3rd option on the terminal *press it rapidly as fast as you can for about a minute to get level 30) in the lower right hand corner in the screen you can watch what level you are promoted to and stop at any level
Step 10: GET PROMOTED :arrow: I would suggest saving after your FIRST promotion so you can change your perks and levels if you want to start a new game
Step 11: Dashboard, put your DLC back into harddrive and update New Vegas and you are COMPLETE!

No, if you dont have any DLC, then just clear your cache and do the glitch. The thing is, if you have a special edition download, that you can only download ONCE, you cant delete that, so not only is it a BYPASS its a super f*cking sweet one that lets you keep your special edition DLC=]
