What Items TTG Consumers Should Watch Out For:
-Jtags (#1 Item You Get Scammed For)
-Accounts (Such As 15th Prestige Black Ops Account)
-Files/Downloads (Patches Or Even File Downloads)

What Scammers Usually Ask For:
-For You To Pay As Gift

When To Pay As Gift:
-Probably never, but I would say when you are buying a file. That way you can't get your money back if the guy is really legit.
